Four Fruit Refresher
|Cranberry juice||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled|
|Apple juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chilled|
|Lemon juice||6 Tablespoon, chilled (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Bottled ginger ale||50 3⁄4 Ounce, chilled (1 1/2 33.8 Ounce Bottles)|
1.In a large skillet. Put the fish and season it with salt and pepper.
2.In a large bowl mix, tomatoes, pepper, onion, celery and water and put it over the fish.
3.Let the ingredients boil.
4.Once done, lower the flame and let the ingredients cook for 20 minutes.
5.Toss over cooked rice and serve.
