|Frosting||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped candied cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped candied pineapple||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Take a bowl and add all the ingredients mixing gently so that it blends uniformly.
2) The filling thus prepared is enough for a 9-inch layered cake.
3) Spread the frosting over a cake and serve.
