Tamarind Chicken With Golden Mash

  Potatoes 4 Ounce, peeled (1 Kilogram)
  Turmeric 2 Teaspoon
  Broccoli 2 Ounce (500 Gram)
  Tamarind paste 4 Teaspoon
  Mango chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 4
  Natural yogurt 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Onions spring 5 , trimmed and thinly sliced

GETTING READY 1) In the cold water put potatoes and turmeric. 2) Slash the chicken pieces and keep aside. MAKING 3) Make the grill hot, boil the potatoes in rurmeric water. 4) Cook the potatoes on low heat until tender. 5) In a metal colander, steam the broccoli over the pan in which potatoes are boiling. 6) Steam the broccoli for 4-5 minutes or until tender. 7) Mix the tamarind paste with mango chutney. 8) Brush the slashed chicken pieces with the tamarind mixture. 9) Grill the chicken from both sides and until cooked. 10) Mash the boiled potatoes with yogurt , seasoning and korma paste. Let the mixture remain warm. FINALIZING 11) Stir the spring onions into the mashed potato mixture and spoon on the platter 12) Serve the potato mixture with steamed broccoli and grilled chicken.
