Grilled Fruit Platter With Lime Butter

  Pineapple 1 Small (Baby)
  Ripe papaya 1
  Ripe mango 1
  Kiwi fruit 2
  Apple banana 4 (Finger)
  Finger bananas 4
  Dark rum 4 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dark muscovado sugar 4 Tablespoon
For lime butter
  Low fat spread 2 Ounce
  Finely grated lime rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1)In a shallow dish, place quarter pieces of pineapple once the leaves have been cut off.
2)Peel and halve the papaya. Deseed it and cut flesh into thick pieces and place it along with pineapple.
3)Peel and stone the mango. Cut thick slices of the flesh. Add to the bowl.
4)Peel bananas and kiwi fruit. Halve and add to dish.
5)Drizzle rum and lemon juice over all the fruits. Sprinkle the allspice and marinate covered at room temperature for 30 minutes.
6)In a small bowl, beat together low fat spread, lime rind and sugar. Mix well and refrigerate.
7)In a grill pan place the drained fruits and sprinkle with sugar.
8)Grill the fruits in a hot preheated broiler or grill for about 3 to 4 minutes until sugar begins to bubble and blacken.

9)On serving plates, place the grilled fruits and sprinkle the fruit juices over it. Serve with lime butter as dip.
