Ingredients
  Pineapple 3 1⁄2 Ounce (100 Gram, 1/4 Piece)
  Apple 1 Small
  Alfalfa sprouts 3 1⁄2 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Soya milk 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)
Directions

Juice the pineapple, apple and alfalfa sprouts together.
Put the juice into a blender with the soya milk and an ice cube and blend.
