Crunchy Fruit And Vegetable Pick Ups

Ingredients
  Celery stalks 2
  Apples 2 Medium
  Cucumber 1
  Cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Peanut butter 1 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)
  Dried fruit 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chopped nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Granola 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Using 3-inch Self-Sharpening Paring Knife, cut celery into 3-inch sticks.
If desired, fan an end of each celery stick, using Egg Slicer: Push end of celery halfway through Egg Slicer's wires and remove; give celery a quarter turn and push halfway through wires again.
Place celery in Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl filled with ice water to fan.
Blot celery dry before filling with spread.
Using Apple Wedger, cut apples into wedges.
Using Lemon Zester/Scorer, score down length of cucumber at 1/4-inch intervals to remove several narrow strips of peel.
Cut into 1/2-inch slices with Garnisher.
Pipe desired spread onto fruit and vegetable pieces, using Easy Accent Decorator.
Sprinkle with desired topping.
Serve immediately.
