Hull the strawberries, slice in half and put in a large bowl.
Add the blueberries.
Remove the skin from the pineapple and take out the core.
Slice the flesh into 2.5 cm wedges and add to the mixing bowl.
Peel the mango and slice into 2.5 cm pieces and add to the bowl.
Now add half the sugar and the cinnamon and mix in really well.
Transfer to a baking tray and sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.
Put under the grill for 3-5 minutes or until caramelised.
