Apricot Stuffing

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1⁄2 Pound
  Soft fresh bread crumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Melted butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash the apricots, cover them with cold water, cover the pan and boil 5 minutes. Drain the fruit and cut fine with the kitchen scissors.
2. Put the bread crumbs in a bowl, pour the melted butter or margarine over them, mix well and add apricots, celery, salt and pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Use in duck, chicken, turkey; also in pork and lamb crown roasts.
