Avocado Fruit Freeze
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pears||16 Ounce, drained and diced to make 1 1/2 cups (1 Can)|
|Drained chopped maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained well|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Pit, peel, and dice avocado; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice.
Blend cream cheese, remaining lemon juice, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt.
Add avocado, pears, and cherries.
Whip cream; fold into fruit mixture.
Pour into 3-cup refrigerator tray; freeze till firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
