Avocado Fruit Freeze

Ingredients
  Avocado 1 Large
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned pears 16 Ounce, drained and diced to make 1 1/2 cups (1 Can)
  Drained chopped maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained well
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pit, peel, and dice avocado; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice.
Blend cream cheese, remaining lemon juice, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt.
Add avocado, pears, and cherries.
Whip cream; fold into fruit mixture.
Pour into 3-cup refrigerator tray; freeze till firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
