Pork And Apples With Stuffing
|Pork steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Brown gravy mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pie sliced apples||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper; arrange in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
In bowl combine gravy mix and sugar; break up lumps.
Stir in undrained apples; spoon over meat.
In bowl micro-cook celery in butter, covered, till tender, about 2 1/2 minutes.
Stir in onion; let stand 2 minutes.
Add stuffing mix and salt; toss with the water till moistened.
Micro-cook steaks, covered, 13 minutes, giving dish a half turn after 9 minutes.
Stir sauce around meat.
Sprinkle stuffing over meat.
Micro-cook, covered, till pork is done, about 5 minutes longer.
