Macedoine Of Fruit Flambe

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Pears 2 , peeled cored and sliced
  Diced pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1 , sliced
  Apricot puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Warm rum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat the butter in a large heavy skillet and lightly saute the fruit, just until it is all well heated.
Mix in the apricot puree and heat 1 minute longer.
Pour the warm rum over and blaze.
Serve over slices of pound cake.
