Honeyed Ham And Apple Ring

Ingredients
  Cooked ham 1 1⁄4 Pound, ground
  Pepper 1
  Apples 5 Small
  Eggs 3
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley chopped
  Honey 5 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Combine ham, 1 apple peeled and chopped, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, onion, 4 tablespoons honey, cloves, ginger and pepper.
Spoon mixture into 9-inch glass pie plate with inverted glass in center.
Heat 12 to 13 minutes or until mixture is set.
Remove glass; let stand, covered, 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and slice remaining apples.
In small glass bowl, combine apples, butter and remaining honey.
Set Power Select at HIGH.
Heat, covered, 6 to 7 minutes or until apples are tender.
Invert ham onto serving platter; arrange apples on top of ring.
