Stir-Fried Pork With Lychees
|Fatty pork||1 Pound (450g, such as belly pork)|
|Hoi sin sauce||30 Milliliter (2 tbsp)|
|Spring onions||4 , sliced|
|Lychees||6 Ounce, peeled, stoned and cut into slivers (175 g)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Lychees||3 (to garnish)|
|Fresh parsley sprigs||3 (to garnish)|
1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
2. Pour the hoi-sin sauce over the pork and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the wok, then add the pork and stir-fry for 5 minutes until crisp and golden. Add the spring onions and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
4. Scatter the lychee slivers over the pork, and season well with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh lychees and parsley, and serve.
