This low calorie fruit medley is a wonderful combination of your choicest of fruits , juice and yogurt. a filling , absolutely delicious and refreshing drink it combines the goodness of fruits and yogurt in just two minutes.
Ingredients
  Banana 1
  Juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple pieces 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Add all the ingredients in a blender and puree for a minute.
Pour in a glass and enjoy.
