|Vodka||1 Liter (1 bottle)|
|Gold leaf||2 (2 squares)|
|Ice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Grand marnier||90 Milliliter|
|Peach liqueur||60 Milliliter (not peach schnapps)|
|Champagne||375 Milliliter (1/2 bottle)|
|Orange||1 , zest cut off in 6 spirals with no pith visible|
|Brown sugar||6 Teaspoon (6 lumps)|
Pour the whole bottle of vodka into a blender and whizz with the gold leaf for just a few seconds.
You want specks you can see, so be careful not to whizz too much.
For each drink pour 30mI of the vodka into a shaker filled with ice, along with 15ml Grand Marnier and 10ml peach liqueur.
Shake well strain into martini glasses (or similar) and top up with Champagne.
Add a spiral of orange zest.
Just before serving, drop in a brown sugar lump.
It will fizz and make the gold leaf pieces dance around.
