Minty Fruit Cup
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Oranges||3 , peeled and sectioned|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mint leaves||1 Teaspoon (Dry / Fresh)|
|Whole strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Sliced)|
Combine grapes, bananas, oranges, orange juice and mint leaves in mixing bowl.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Stir occasionally to mix fruits with juice.
Just before serving, add strawberries.
Spoon into serving dishes.
If desired, top with fresh mint leaves.
