Quick Apricot Whip
|Canned apricot halves in juice||14 Ounce (1 Can / 400 Gram)|
|Grand marnier/Brandy||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Low fat yogurt||6 Ounce (175 Grams / 3/4 Cup)|
|Flaked almonds||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
1. Drain the juice from the apricots and place the fruir and liqueur in a blender or food processor.
2. Process the apricots until they are completely smooth.
3. Put alternate spoonfuls of the fruit puree and yogurt into tour tall glasses or glass dishes, swirling them together slightly to give a marbled effect.
4. Lightly toast the almonds until they are golden-brown. Let them cool slightly and then sprinkle them on top of the desserrs.
