Broiled Fresh Fruit
|Apples/4 medium peaches, pared, pitted, and sliced / 2 medium bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise||4 Medium, cored and sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Coconut extract/Walnut extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In bowl toss fruit with lemon juice.
Arrange on broiler pan.
Broil until tender, turning once.
Allow about 5 minutes for apples and bananas, and 6 to 8 minutes for peaches, or until fruit is tender.
Sprinkle with extract before serving, if desired.
