|Red chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|Chopped fresh mint||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Do not peel the guavas, or you will lose their lovely scent.
Chop into large dice, or slice like tomatoes.
Sprinkle over the chilli powder, lemon juice, salt and sugar, and mix gently.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and the chopped fresh mint, to garnish.
