All Fruit Conserve
|Fresh strawberries||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Diced pineapple||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ripe peaches||4 Large|
|Sugar||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Cut the oranges and lemons in eighths and discard the seeds.
Place in a blender container with the strawberries and pineapple.
Peel, halve and pit the peaches, then add to the blender container.
Cover and chop all the fruits.
Pour into heavy kettle and add the sugar.
Cook and stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring frequently, until thick and clear.
Stir in the walnuts.
Spoon into hot sterilized jars and seal.
