Apricot Whip

Ingredients
  Canned peeled apricots 1 Pound (14 Ounce)
  Marshmallows 20 Large
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Drain apricots reserving 1/4 cup syrup; remove pits.
Blend apricots in blender or mash just till broken up.
Combine apricots, marshmallows, and reserved syrup.
Cook and stir till marshmallows are dissolved.
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
