  Fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh / Unsweetened Canned, Such As Peaches / Pineapple)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes or crushed ice if thicker consistency is desired.
