Orange Stuffing

Ingredients
  Butter 40 Gram (2 Tablespoons)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Oranges 2 , grated rind and juiced
  Grand marnier/Cointreu 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Saute the onions in butter until soft but not brown.
2. Add the onions to breadcrumbs with ail the other ingredients. Bind well and add the Grand Marnier or Cointreau if desired.
