Orange Fruit Bake
|Banana||2 Large, halved lengthwise, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Oranges||2 Large, peeled and sectioned|
|Green grapes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), halved|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rum extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
Divide fruit evenly into 4 custard cups.
Combine orange juice, rum extract, water and orange rind in 1-cup measure.
Microwave at High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until boiling.
Pour sauce over fruit in custard cups; stir to coat fruit.
Sprinkle each fruit cup with 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until bananas begin to soften, rotating once during cooking.
