Ingredients
  Pineapple pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pawpaw pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mango pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cream fresh 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Passionfruit 2
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare sufficient fruit to fill 8 skewers.
Thread fruit attractively on skewers, with variation in colour.
Mix together brandy, honey and lemon juice.
Brush fruit.
Place fruit underneath the grill and grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with marinade.
Whip cream, carefully fold in passion-fruit.
Serve with grilled fruit, allowing 2 fruit skewers per person.
