Go With The Flow Cocktail

Ingredients
  Celery sticks 3
  Rocket cheese 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Watercress 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Apple 1
  Avocado 1⁄2 Small
Directions

Juice the celery, rocket, watercress and apple.
Put the juice in a blender with the avocado and a couple of ice cubes and process until smooth.
Garnish with a slice of lime, if liked.
