Fruit Blintzes

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (At Room Temperature)
  Package cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Dessert crepes 8
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen berries/Sliced peaches in syrup 10 Ounce, thawed and heated (1 Package, Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries)
Directions

To prepare filling for crepes, beat first 5 ingredients together. Divide the filling between the crepes, placing a large spoonful of filling in the center of each crepe. Fold two opposite sides of crepe towards center and overlap them. Fold in the two remaining sides to form a square.
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter or margarine over low heat in a skillet. Fry half the blintzes, seam-side down, until golden. Using a spatula, remove to a warm plate. Repeat with remaining blintzes.
Serve hot with a large spoonful of warm fruit and syrup over each blintz.
