Fresh Fruit Topped Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 5 Tablespoon
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Sliced Kiwi Fruit, Strawberries, Peaches, Dark Sweet Cherries Or Blueberries)
Directions

Place butter in 9-inch pie plate.
Microwave at High for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter melts.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
Mix well.
Press mixture firmly against bottom and sides of pie plate.
Microwave at High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until set, rotating plate after 1 minute.
Cool.
Set aside.
Place cream cheese in 2-quart measure.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until softened.
Add remaining filling ingredients.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until mixture is very hot and starts to set, beating once with whisk.
Pour filling into prepared crust.
Place pie plate on saucer in microwave oven.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 4 to 9 minutes, or until center is almost set.
Filling will become firm as it cools.
Cool for 1 hour.
Chill for at least 6 hours.
Arrange or spoon topping over cheesecake.
