Super Shakey Cocktail

Ingredients
  Pineapple 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Fruit, 225 Gram)
  Parsnip 1⁄2
  Carrot 1
  Soya milk 3 Fluid Ounce (75 Milliliter)
Directions

Juice the pineapple, parsnip and carrot.
Whizz in a blender with the soya milk and a couple of ice cubes.
Decorate with pineapple wedges, if liked.
