Brandied Ricotta with Fruit
|Ricotta cheese||1 Pint (2 Cup)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Plums/Small peaches / 2 dozen unhulled whole large strawberries||8|
|Sweet cookies||2 Dozen (Such As Petit Beurre)|
With an electric mixer, beat together ricotta, powdered sugar, brandy, and cinnamon until smooth.
Mound cheese mixture on a serving plate and swirl in a cone shape; cover lightly and chill for several hours.
To serve, surround with halved plums, small peach halves, or strawberries and accompany with cookies.
To eat, spread on fruit and cookies.
