Brandied Ricotta With Fruit

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1 Pint (2 Cup)
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Plums/Small peaches / 2 dozen unhulled whole large strawberries 8
  Sweet cookies 2 Dozen (Such As Petit Beurre)
Directions

With an electric mixer, beat together ricotta, powdered sugar, brandy, and cinnamon until smooth.
Mound cheese mixture on a serving plate and swirl in a cone shape; cover lightly and chill for several hours.
To serve, surround with halved plums, small peach halves, or strawberries and accompany with cookies.
To eat, spread on fruit and cookies.
