Roll a piece of Cooky Dough into a 6 x 10 1/2-inch rectangle.
Spread a strip of fruit filling lengthwise on the dough to cover 2 inches of the centre.
Dampen outside edges.
Flip edges over the filling to overlap and press down lightly.
Invert on an oiled cooky sheet and flatten slightly.
Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
Mark the tops in diamonds with a dull knife or metal spatula.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes.
While still warm frost with Confectioners' icing and sprinkle with nuts.
Cool completely and wrap.
