Pumpkin Squares

For squares
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Canned pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For frosting
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Sifted confectioners sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. For squares: Combine and blend eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil in large mixing bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Blend into pumpkin mixture. Pour batter into greased, 2-quart utility dish.
2. Cook on Cook Level 7 for 10 1/2 to 13 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly pressed with finger. Turn half-turn halfway through cooking time. Cool.
3. For frosting: Beat cream cheese, until fluffy. Beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread on pumpkin squares before serving. Cut into squares.
