Fruit Medley

One of the simplest healthy and tasty desserts.
Ingredients
  Apple 1
  Bananas 2
  Coarselt ground rock sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground rock sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dates 15
Directions

1. Chop bananas, apple and dates.
2. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended and serve immediately or chilled.
