|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce (1 Can, Reserve 2 Tablespoons Juice)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
Arrange fruit on one sheet of foil.
Stir together the pineapple juice, butter, brown sugar and curry powder.
Drizzle over the fruit.
Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet.
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 10 minutes.
