Curried Fruit

Ingredients
  Canned sliced peaches 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pear halves 16 Ounce, drained & quartered (1 Can)
  Maraschino cherries 10
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce (1 Can, Reserve 2 Tablespoons Juice)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange fruit on one sheet of foil.
Stir together the pineapple juice, butter, brown sugar and curry powder.
Drizzle over the fruit.
Top with second sheet of foil and fold edges over three times to seal the foil packet.
Rotate in the Flat Standard Basket for 10 minutes.
