Quick Mix Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Quick mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fruit 16 Ounce (undrained)
Directions

Melt shortening in a 9-inch baking pan.
Combine Quick Mix, sugar, and water.
Pour batter in pan.
Top with fruit, spreading over batter.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
