Ingredients
  Sponge cupcakes/Packaged dessert shells 4
  Rum 2 Tablespoon
  White corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Strawberry ice cream/Fresh / thawed frozen mixed fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Just before serving:
1. Invert a cupcake on each of 4 dessert plates. Spoon over them rum mixed with corn syrup.
2. Serve each baba topped with a small spoonful of ice cream or fruit and some whipped cream, if desired.
