Rose Iced Fruits

Ingredients
  Rose wine 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canadian)
  Canned pineapple cubes 19 Ounce (1 can)
  Grapefruits 2 , peeled and sectioned
  Oranges 2 , peeled and sectioned
  Canned peaches/Pears 19 Ounce (1 can)
  Melon 1 Small, cut in balls
  Maple syrup/Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ginger syrup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour wine into a freezer tray and freeze to a mush.
Drain canned fruit and add maple and ginger syrups to the juice.
Arrange layers of fruit attractively in a deep glass bowl and add juice mixture.
Refrigerate.
Spoon frozen rose on top just before serving, or prepare individual servings in glass compotes.
