Rose Iced Fruits
|Rose wine||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Canadian)|
|Canned pineapple cubes||19 Ounce (1 can)|
|Grapefruits||2 , peeled and sectioned|
|Oranges||2 , peeled and sectioned|
|Canned peaches/Pears||19 Ounce (1 can)|
|Melon||1 Small, cut in balls|
|Maple syrup/Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ginger syrup||2 Tablespoon|
Pour wine into a freezer tray and freeze to a mush.
Drain canned fruit and add maple and ginger syrups to the juice.
Arrange layers of fruit attractively in a deep glass bowl and add juice mixture.
Spoon frozen rose on top just before serving, or prepare individual servings in glass compotes.
