Ingredients
Tropical
  Ripe pineapple 1 Large
  Ripe papaya 1
  Ripe mangoes 3
  Lychees 12
Ingredi
  Ripe apricots 12
  Ripe plums 12
  Ripe peaches 12
  Cherries 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Ripe strawberries 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Kiwis 6
  Cantaloupe 1
  Seedless grapes 1 Pound (450 Gram)
Directions

Tropical selection: Top and tail pineapple.
With a sharp knife cut off skin, including all eyes.
Halve pineapple lengthwise.
Cut each half into 6 wedges then cut off core.
Halve and seed papaya and cut into 12 wedges.
Cut mango on each side of pit.
Set aside pit section.
Score the flesh on the other sections into diamond patterns.
Peel lychees.
Arrange fruit on a platter.
Cover and chill until serving time.
Temperate Fruits: Halve apricots, plums and peaches and remove pits.
Arrange all fruits on a platter.
Cover and chill until serving time.
Mixed Fruits: Hull strawberries.
Peel kiwis and quarter.
Halve cantaloupe, remove seeds, cut into 12 wedges and pare off rind.
Separate grapes into bunches.
Arrange fruit on a platter.
Cover and chill until serving time.
