Mustard Glazed Fruits
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||3 Tablespoon|
|Sliced peaches||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Pineapple chunks||13 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Mandarin orange segments||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Bananas||2 Medium, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces|
Heat oven to 375°.
Melt butter in medium saucepan; stir in sugar and mustard.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in fruits.
Pour into baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
Bake 20 minutes or until fruits are heated through.
