Frozen Fruit Chantilly

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple tidbits 14 Ounce (1 can)
  Lemon jelly powder/Pineapple / orange jelly powder 3 Ounce (1 package)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Halved seeded grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Quartered maraschino cherries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oranges 3 , peeled and diced
  Chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Drain pineapple and heat the juice to a boil.
Stir in the jelly powder and remove from heat.
When dissolved, whisk in salt, lime juice and mayonnaise.
Chill until as thick as jam.
Beat until smooth and fold in the whipped cream, pineapple tidbits and remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart ring mold and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
