Passion Fruit Flummery

Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
  Oranges 2 , juiced
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Passion fruit 1⁄2 Dozen
  Custard/Whipped cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak gelatine in 1 cup of the cold water for 2 hr.
Add sugar.
Blend flour with the remaining cup of cold water; add juice from oranges and lemon.
Put all into a large saucepan and bring to the boil.
Remove from heat, and when nearly cold add passion fruit pulp.
Beat thoroughly till thick and white.
Serve very cold with custard or whipped cream.
