Ingredients
  Ceylon cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Yellow zucchini 1 , cut into half and pulp removed
  Red bell pepper 1 , seeded
  Acorn squash 1⁄2 , pulp removed, steamed
  Coconut oil 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For the stuffing
  Soaked sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Apple 3⁄4 , diced
  Cranberries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White onion 1⁄2 , diced
  Chai tea 1 Cup (16 tbs), brewed
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the stuffing. Let them sit for about 20 to 30 minutes.

MAKING
2. In a food processor, place the marinated mixture, add Ceylon cinnamon and sage, process for 20 seconds.

SERVING
3. Serve in a red pepper, yellow zucchini, or in steamed acorn squash drizzled with mixture of coconut oil and honey.
