Candied Fruit Cookies
|Brown sugar/1/4 cup brown sugar + 1 tsp. sweet 'n low brown||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar/1/2 cup sugar + 6 packets sweet 'n low||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 , beaten|
|Grape nuts cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rice krispies cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Candied fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs) (fruit cake mix)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cream together sugars, Egg Beaters, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, spices, honey, and skim milk.
Stir in flour, Quick Oats, Grape-Nuts, and Rice Krispies.
Add raisins and candied fruit.
Beat egg whites and fold into dough.
Refrigerate 15-30 minutes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a low-fat cooking spray.
Bake at 325 F.15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
