Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped preserved kumquats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut up
  Quartered maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 9 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Finely chopped candied ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Soften cream cheese; blend in next 3 ingredients.
Sitr in fruits and ginger.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 1-quart refrigerator tray.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Freeze firm.
