Chilled Fruit Toss

Ingredients
  Canned whole pitted lychees 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated ginger root 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned whole pitted loquats 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple chunks 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Drain lychees, reserving 1/2 cup liquid; halve lychees.
Combine reserved liquid, orange marmalade, and gingerroot.
In serving bowl combine lychees, loquats, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
Drizzle orange marmalade mixture over fruit; stir gently.
Chill at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
