Fresh Fruit Medley
|Reduced calorie soft style cream cheese||4 Ounce (1/2 Of An 8 Ounce Container)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Non caloric liquid sweetener||1⁄3 Tablespoon|
|Ripe bananas||2 Small|
|Fresh strawberries||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs), halved (Whole Ones)|
|Oranges||2 Small, peeled and sectioned|
For sauce, in a small mixing bowl stir cream cheese till smooth.
Add half of the yogurt; beat with a wooden spoon till smooth.
Stir in remaining yogurt and liquid sweetener; mix well.
Cover and chill till serving time.
Peel and bias-sliced bananas.
Gently mix sliced bananas, halved strawberries, and orange sections.
Divide fruit among 8 dessert dishes.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of sauce atop the fruit in each dish.
