Bountiful fresh Fruit Cup

Ingredients
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chablis/Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange zest 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pear 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped granny smith apple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Seedless red grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; place mixture over medium heat.
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine pear, apple, and grapes in a medium bowl.
Pour juice mixture over fruit, tossing gently.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
