Oranges Yams And Coconut

Ingredients
  Yam 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Orange sections/Mandarin orange sections 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain and mash yams; add remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons butter.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole.
Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
