Sunburst Fruit Plate
|Cottage cheese||6 Ounce, curried|
|Three fruit dressing/Lemonade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , sliced and sectioned|
|Melon||6 Ounce, balls scooped and also sliced|
|Strawberries||5 Ounce, washed and hulled|
|Sherbet||3 Tablespoon (Orange / Lime)|
|Crisp lettuce cups||4|
Prepare Curried Cottage Cheese and one of the dressings.
Have all ingredients except banana chilled.
Just before serving, slice banana; dip slices into fruit juice or syrup to prevent darkening.
Arrange fruit, Curried Cottage Cheese and scoops of sherbet on lettuce.
