Sunburst Fruit Plate

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 6 Ounce, curried
  Three fruit dressing/Lemonade 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple slice 4
  Orange 1 , sliced and sectioned
  Grapes 2 Ounce
  Melon 6 Ounce, balls scooped and also sliced
  Strawberries 5 Ounce, washed and hulled
  Sherbet 3 Tablespoon (Orange / Lime)
  Crisp lettuce cups 4
Directions

Prepare Curried Cottage Cheese and one of the dressings.
Have all ingredients except banana chilled.
Just before serving, slice banana; dip slices into fruit juice or syrup to prevent darkening.
Arrange fruit, Curried Cottage Cheese and scoops of sherbet on lettuce.
