Frosty Fruit Squares

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Enriched flour 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Canned fruit cocktail 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Ripe banana slice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced orange sections 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Halved maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

In saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and honey; bring to boiling.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir lemon juice into egg, then blend in small amount of honey mixture.
Return to remaining hot mixture.
Bring just to boiling, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Cool.
Stir in fruits; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into refrigerator tray.
Freeze firm.
Cut in serving-size pieces.
Trim as shown below.
